These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and GSI Media LLC, doing business as Advanced Sports Data ("ASD," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of advancedsportsdata.com, the Advanced Sports Data mobile apps, our Telegram channels, our text and email programs, and every pick, write-up, video, and other piece of content we deliver (together, the "Services").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, OR BY PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Three things to know before anything else: our content is information, not a wager; every sale is final and there are no refunds; and your membership is for you alone and may not be shared.
THE SERVICES ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you are at least 21. If you are under 21 you may not use the Services under any circumstances, and we will close any account we learn belongs to someone under 21.
Sports wagering is regulated or prohibited in many states, countries, and territories. You are solely responsible for determining whether receiving sports analysis, and any wagering you choose to do with it, is lawful where you live and where you are located when you use the Services. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any particular place.
You may not create an account or use the Services if we have previously suspended or terminated you, if you are prohibited from receiving goods or services originating from the United States, or if you are acting for any person or entity that is prohibited from using the Services.
Advanced Sports Data publishes sports analysis: daily picks, written analysis ("write-ups"), videos, unit sizing, records, and related commentary (together, "Content"). ASD IS NOT A SPORTSBOOK, BOOKMAKER, BETTING EXCHANGE, OR GAMBLING OPERATOR. WE DO NOT ACCEPT, PLACE, PROCESS, OR FACILITATE WAGERS OF ANY KIND. We sell analysis, not wagers. Whether you bet, where you bet, and how much you bet are entirely your decisions and your responsibility.
ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL GAMBLING ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Sports wagering involves a substantial risk of loss. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
Content is delivered through some combination of our members area on the site, gated Telegram channels, text messages, email, push notifications, and the mobile apps, depending on your plan and the options you turn on. Delivery times we publish are targets, not guarantees. Schedules, sports covered, the number of picks, and the delivery channels may change at any time.
THE CONTENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY OUTCOME. Any pick can lose. Any streak can end. Unit sizing, confidence labels, and similar signals describe how we see a play at the time it is released; they are not a promise that a play will win or a recommendation of how much you should wager.
We publish records and graded results so you can see how our plays settled. Those records are historical. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of future performance. We do not promise any win rate, return, profit, or number of winning plays in any period. Any statement about results, in our marketing or anywhere else, describes the past, not the future.
Odds move. The price shown on a pick is the price we saw when the play was written. We do not guarantee that price, or the market itself, will be available to you at any sportsbook.
A membership is personal to the individual who purchased it. It grants one person, on their own devices, the right to view the Content. You may not share your login, your Telegram access, or any Content with anyone else. Creating multiple accounts, pooling a membership across a group, or letting another person use your account is a breach of these Terms.
You agree to give us accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@advancedsportsdata.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may not share, forward, screenshot, repost, resell, or otherwise redistribute any pick, write-up, video, Telegram message, text message, or other Content to anyone who is not the member it was delivered to. This includes posting Content to social media, forums, group chats, Discord or Telegram groups, or any other channel, in whole or in part, and whether or not you charge for it. Content is licensed to you for your personal use only.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have shared your account or redistributed Content, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account and remove you from every delivery channel, without notice and without a refund of any amount paid. We may also pursue any other remedy available to us at law or in equity.
We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, for chargebacks or payment disputes, for abusive conduct toward our team, or for any use that we reasonably believe harms the Services or other members. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@advancedsportsdata.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund and does not relieve you of obligations incurred before closure.
Most memberships are sold as recurring subscriptions billed weekly, monthly, yearly, or on another interval shown at checkout. By starting a subscription you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the subscription price to your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Renewals process automatically. We may charge a promotional price for a first period; the regular price shown at checkout applies to every period after that.
Some products, such as a single-day pass, a sport add-on for a fixed period, or a product priced and invoiced by one of our representatives, are sold as one-time purchases. A one-time purchase grants access for the period or scope described at checkout and does not renew unless the checkout page says it does.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe and, for some purchases, Authorize.Net). Your card details go directly to the processor and are never stored on our servers. You agree to the processor's terms as they apply to your payment. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds. If it cannot be collected, your subscription will be cancelled and access will end.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes to an active subscription take effect at the next renewal after we notify you, and where the law requires notice we will give it. Prices exclude any taxes that apply to your purchase, which we may collect where required.
Because every sale is final, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase you made is a breach of these Terms. We may terminate the account, remove access from every channel, and dispute the chargeback with records of your purchase, your acceptance of these Terms, and your use of the Content.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES IT.
This applies to every subscription period, promotional or first-period price, renewal, one-time purchase, day pass, add-on, and product invoiced by a representative. It applies whether or not you used the Content, whether the plays won or lost, whether you forgot to cancel before a renewal, and whether you cancel one minute or one month into a billing period. Unused time is not refunded and does not carry over.
You are buying access to analysis for a period of time. Once that access is granted, the product has been delivered. Please read the plan, the price, and the renewal terms on the checkout page before you buy.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account, or by emailing support@advancedsportsdata.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your membership ends after that. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account. We do not accept cancellations by any other route, and a request to a representative is not effective until it is processed.
Some plans deliver Content through private Telegram channels. To receive it you must link your own Telegram account. We may remove a Telegram account from a channel whenever the associated membership lapses, is cancelled, or breaches these Terms. Telegram is a third-party service with its own terms and we are not responsible for its availability.
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from Advanced Sports Data at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help, or contact us at the support address. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service emails, such as receipts, renewal notices, and password resets, are part of the membership and are sent as long as your account exists.
The Services and all Content, including picks, write-ups, videos, models, methods, unit sizing, records, data compilations, software, designs, logos, and trademarks ("ASD IP"), are owned by GSI Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use for as long as your membership is active. No other right is granted. Any feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

We may investigate any suspected violation and may suspend or terminate access while we do.
The Services may include links to sportsbooks, betting exchanges, prediction markets, financial products, and other third-party sites or offers. Some of those links are affiliate or referral links, and we may be paid when you click one, sign up, deposit, or make a purchase. Those sites are not ours. Their content, terms, privacy practices, and availability are their responsibility, and anything you do on them is between you and them. We are not responsible for any loss arising from your use of a third-party site or product.
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PICK WILL WIN, THAT ANY RECORD WILL CONTINUE, THAT ANY PRICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, THAT CONTENT WILL BE DELIVERED BY ANY PARTICULAR TIME, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WAGERING DECISION YOU MAKE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GSI MEDIA LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST WAGERS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSI Media LLC, its affiliates, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Services, your wagering activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email a written description of the dispute to support@advancedsportsdata.com and to give us thirty (30) days to try to resolve it informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could award to you individually. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim shall proceed in court, not in arbitration, and the rest of this Section still applies.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@advancedsportsdata.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising under them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and by the Federal Arbitration Act where it applies. Subject to Section 15, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any claim not subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify you by email or a notice in the Services. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription and stop using the Services.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 4.3, 6, 9, and 12 through 16, survive.
